The service we can provide can assist Architects in a number of ways. We can assist at the very start of a project by giving a ball park figure for any work so that the architect can provide a guideline price to the customer for any re-modelling work they are planning. We can quote for any work that is approved and appreciate that we are often one of 3 companies quoting for work at the planning stage.
If a project is approved and we are successful in our tender for the work then we work very closely with architects on the project to ensure that the project is well managed on site, fully communicated with regular on site progress meetings and all meetings and sign off stages are managed with building control and the architect.
We can carry out any remodelling of a property such as extensions, new builds, loft and garage conversions etc. We can carry out groundworks, steelwork and heritage works and we have an excellent portfolio of previous jobs meaning we have the experience to deal with any requirement.
