We work very closely with a wide number of letting agents across the region. All letting agents who we currently work with use our 'FLEX HUB' online management system. This allows all jobs to be reported and using your own specific login details you can view the status of every reported job with quotes, record of calls to tenants, messages to the agents, photo’s of work done, details of when we are booked in, invoices and any subsequent paperwork such as gas safety certificates all available at the click of a button.
We understand the complexities of working on ongoing maintenance jobs for letting agents such as booking jobs in with tenants, collecting keys, returning keys, communication with agents and most importantly carrying out effective repairs and improvements with a fast turnaround.
Our multi trade offering with over 16 engineers means that we can complete a large variety of jobs and are often seen as a go-to company for repairs and refurbishments. Our operations team are always available on the phone or by email and we also provide an out of hours emergency call out service.
